1) Attach
the microswitch to the plate.
2) Position
the assembly against the headblocks on the switch, and adjust the
position so that the actuator button clicks as the throwbar moves back
and forth. Mark hole locations in the headblocks, drill a hole and
mount the microswitch, as shown
3) Look
for the terminal identifications on the body of the microswitch, Com,
NC and NO
4) Solder
a wire from the Com terminal to the brass frog.
5) Solder
a wire from the NC terminal to the curved stock rail
6) Solder
a wire from the NO terminal to the straight stock rail
7) Depending
on the track circuits, insulating rail joiners may be needed on the
two tail rails at the other end of the switch.
